Two to One

Our signature, tailor made immersion day(s) just for you. We offer sessions as one to one or two to one. You’ll work side by side with Sarah, accomplished and seasoned florist who has a diverse range of skills across traditional and modern floristry.

These days are for keen beginners or florists who want more confidence, a chance to upskill, and create work that feels unmistakably their own.

Get in touch to discuss what designs and skills you’d like to learn. All materials are provided for you. If you’re new to floristry then choosing and ordering flowers can feel overwhelming. Sarah can take you through the process as part of your immersion day, as well as share resources on how to grow your flower knowledge.

Flowers, foliages and colour palettes are customised to suit your own floristry style and help you build your portfolio. Before your day we’ll have a consultation call to get an idea of your style. There will be plenty of opportunities to get photo and video content throughout the day.

Lunch is provided. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.

The session runs from 10am - 4pm.

Location:

Immersion days are held at Sarah’s studio, nicknamed The Rookery.

You can find The Rookery at Unit 3A, 10 Waverley Street, Shawlands, Glasgow, G41 2EA.

On Waverley Street you’ll see a sign for Rook Botanics, head up the sloped path and you’ll spot our A-board outside.

Learn from Sarah.

Sarah is a seasoned florist, she’s designed and created multiple weddings, installations and events over the years. She has a keen eye for colour and an unmatched ability to bring an idea to life with flowers.

She has trained with some of the best floral designers and freelanced alongside top tier florists. Her background in communications, as well as her many years as a florist, makes her a thoughtful and comprehensive teacher.
